Flippi Privacy Policy
This policy is bundled with the app and can be read offline. Privacy contact: PoindexterAughtman68@outlook.com. The public operator and online policy URL still require owner verification.
1. Data we process
Accounts use an email identifier and a password-derived opaque identifier. The app never stores or sends a plaintext password. We process profile details, paired A-side/B-side media and text, responses, resonance, messages, blocks, reports, appeals, feedback, Flip coin balances, order and transaction identifiers, language and notification preferences, sessions, and unpublished drafts.
2. Purposes and processors
Data supports sign-in, content display, interactions, safety, uploads, transaction recovery, and support. Business records are processed by common-post and media by its file-storage path. We do not sell personal data or upload contacts or precise location for advertising.
3. Permissions and local data
Camera and microphone permission is requested only when you choose an upload action or open the on-device audio/video preview. Preview video stays on this device; microphone input is processed on the device and is not saved or sent to anyone. Sessions, language, drafts, and purchase-recovery state are kept on the device. Denial limits the related feature but not browsing.
4. Public content and safety
Public posts, responses, and profiles are visible to other members. Chat is filtered by participant identifiers; the current general-purpose backend does not provide end-to-end encryption. Reports, blocks, and moderation records support safety and dispute handling.
5. Purchases
On iOS, Apple StoreKit processes Flip coin purchases. Products and localized prices come from the App Store, and benefits are delivered only after transaction verification. Apple may process payment, refund, and device data under its policies.
6. Deletion and retention
Type the case-sensitive word DELETE in Account & Privacy and submit the final confirmation. App access ends immediately with no cooling-off period. Public profile and content display stop while eligible data cleanup continues. Safety, anti-fraud, transaction, and dispute records may be retained where legally necessary. The current common-post service has no server-wide token-revocation endpoint; this limitation remains disclosed in the release handoff.
7. Contact and changes
For privacy questions, email PoindexterAughtman68@outlook.com. The legal operator and public policy URL still require owner verification. Updates change the policy version and effective date; material updates are surfaced in the app.
